Bryant Realty, Inc. is a family owned business. William Landis Bryant is the President and Broker in Charge and his son Michael Landis (Lanny) Bryant Executive Vice President.

Bryant Realty, Inc. began in 1973 as L & N Enterprises, Inc. and 31 years ago in 1976 became Bryant Realty, Inc.

Since that time Bryant Realty, Inc. has grown to include properties in North and South Carolina, and has a division on the coast of North Carolina called Acreage Brokers, Inc. www.acreagebrokersinc.com.

We have a sales staff as well as Mr. Bryant and his son Michael Landis Bryant all located at our Charlotte office at 5201 Monroe Road.

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Fridays. We also have a salesman on duty after hours and all weekend at 704-567-9836.
